I randomly spot by this place with my boyfriend for lunch. Evelyn was very friendly and helpful when it came to ordering our food. The food came out hot and fresh and was delicious!!! I will definitely be back.

Came here in a Friday and it was not a large crowd but the service was amazing. We got seated quickly did not have to wait on our food and it was actually very good.

I've been coming here since this place opened. Over time the food has really gotten better... The Alambre is the bomb! Super delicious! Sit up at the bar. The servers are very friendly. Kenzlie, Paisley & Evelyn will take care of you. If you prefer a booth... sit over there where Jasmine can serve you. Either way they're all great. I'll be back up here tomorrow!

If you’re in Waxahachie and haven’t been to The Hatchie Spot yet, you are missing out. A friend and I just ate there again today, and it confirmed what we already knew—this place is outstanding. The burgers are flat-out incredible: cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The burgers were sooo good. The buns were buttery. My daughter tried the hot Cheeto burger and it was delicious. The queso is great. My son loved the mozarella sticks (and he is very particular about his mozarella sticks). We will definitely be coming back The music is not very kid friendly however. But we will be back
